Return Policy

How to return products that was purchased online back to
For any item(s) that:


  • Is not the correct size

  • Was sent to you in defective condition

We DO NOT take back ... 

  • Clothing that has been worn all day or all night, and show evidence of such

  • Clothing that has body odor and or cigarette odors, burns and holes

  • Clothing that has been washed and dried

  • Clothing that is tattered and scuffed from dragging on the floor

  • Clothing that has all tags removed

  • Clothing that has any kind of stain


Here's what to do:

  1. Call our customer support line within 30 days of receiving your package and let us know that you wish to return / exchange an item.

  2. Let us know if you would like a store credit instead. We ask you call so we can expect your package.

  3. A customer service rep will give you a return code to place on the package returning near the address.

  4. Jot down the address and send back to the items in the same box to us.


Please include a copy of your invoice and write down what you are exchanging the item for and a brief reason why.
All tags and packaging must be attached to all items.


Shipping fees for returns / exchanges will be paid by the customer.
