Tracking Your Order


Order Status 
If you would like to check the current status of your order, you may visit our Order Tracker and use the order number found in your confirmation email. We will provide you with a shipment tracking number in a Shipment Confirmation email before tracking information appears on the appropriate carrier's website.

If you think your order is late, please note that: 
Xpresspost orders placed after noon Eastern Time, weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day. If your order contains a back ordered item, your order may be held in an effort to send your complete order all at the same time.


Credit Card or Paypal verification must be received prior to your order being processed. Delivery occurs: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).


We recommend that you place your order at least 10 business days before any major holiday with standard delivery and 3 business days with express delivery. We can only guarantee delivery of orders where all items are in stock.
