Shipping and Delivery Details
PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME:
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow (1-3 business days) for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipping.
If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that your order is going to be shipped, please contact FAREALTEES@GMAIL.COM for tracking information.
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Domestic Shipping Policies:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will ship via Canada Post. UPS depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via Canada Xpresspost. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policies:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Depending on choice of Carrier, delivery times may vary. Typically for Canada Post international shipments, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Customs, Duties, Taxes:
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Fareal.com.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES AND NEARING SPECIAL HOLIDAYS:
Special circumstances such as national holidays may delay the processing and preparation time as well as the duration of both shipping methods (Priority and Xpresspost) for domestic and international orders by up to an additional 3-7 days.
Please keep this in mind when ordering. (These are some of the specific holidays that you should consider-- including, but not limited to: Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)
**If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from the date you ordered with us, please contact us.
Fareal.com is NOT responsible for mis-deliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can correct the address. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request/shipping invoice sent to you through e-mail.
*Orders with a weight of over 50 total lbs or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions, will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.
Estimated Shipping Times
Most orders ship within three business days. Packages are only shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays. Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.
Arrival times are not guaranteed, as the actual ship date depends on final approval from the credit card company or receipt of payment by Fareal.com. If an order is needed urgently and you're unsure of which shipping method to choose, you can call us toll free at 1-888-502-1112.

Your order can be optioned for pick up from our Toronto store location:
Items will not be released unless confirmation number from the order and on the package is confirmed.
Pick up can only be made during business hours Monday to Saturday, 11am - 6pm
