| Screen Printing First, a design is made by masking out the areas that won’t be printed on a screen. This is placed against the shirt. Then, ink is liberally applied on top of the screen, then pressed into the shirt with a squeegee. The shirts is sent on a conveyor belt through a heat-tunnel. The permanence of the ink is affected by the quality of the shirts and the curing or heating method. |

| Vinyl Transfer If you're looking for either one or a small amount kickass simple t-shirt, vinyl heat transfers are the way to go. This method is extremely fast and super easy to produce only if the artwork is submitted in vector format. The design is cutout on a special screen printed, vinly material and heat applied to the shirt. |

| Photo Image Transfer A super fast solution to have a full coloured image on a t-shirt in small or large quantities. You can submit any image, preferably high resolution, and it gets printed on a high quality heat transfer material. | Embroidery A T-shirts sends a message, but hats promote. Simple logos are usually requested for hats but the procedure is very different than screen printing. Your design is first digitized for stitch count on an embroidery disk and then the thread stitching is applied by an embroidery machine in whatever color you like. |

| We make the ordering process as easy as possible: | |||
| 1.You select which t-shirts (or other garments) you want to print on. We give you the freedom to choose! You tell us which t-shirt brand/style/color that you'd like to use. |

2.You tell us how many you want to get printed. |

| 3.You send us your logo, design, artwork file, text or rough idea via email and tell us where on the shirt you wanted it printed. Whether you have a vector file or a high resolution photoshop or bitmap file, we can work with you to get your design idea turned into high quality t-shirt prints. We can work with text, several different file formats, or even scanned imaged or ideas. We have an in house, full service art department ready to work on your project. |

| 4.After you place your order, our art department will work on a digital proof for your print job. Once you have made payment arrangements for your order, it gets put into our order tracking system. Our art department then gets to work processing your design or logo. After a few days, you'll receive a proof of your design via email that shows the print location, print size, ink colors used and more. We don't print until you've approved the proof! |

| 5.Once your job is printed, we ship it directly to your doorstep. We generally ship all orders 2 weeks from the date we have your complete order information. Our preferred carrier in the US, Canada and International shipments is FedEx. We stand behind the quality of our work and the garments we use.
